NEWENT BRIDGE CLUB, GLOUCESTER.

Newent Bridge Club is one of the oldest Bridge Clubs in Gloucestershire:

EBU affiliated and a member of the Gloucestershire Contract Bridge Association (GCBA).


Friday evening is a social evening. Duplicate Bridge is played but EBU Master points are not awarded.


Wednesday is when the competitions take place although most weeks are duplicate and are open to everyone.


BGB and EBU Simultaneous Pairs are played throughout the year.


In the winter there are various competitions:- Ladies, Men's Flitch and Mixed Pairs as well as a monthly Teams event.


In the summer months we host the Summer Handicap Pairs and the Michael Smyth Ladder. However non-members are always welcome to join in for the odd session or two.


For the Wednesday session you and your partner should both have a completed Convention Card - you can download an EBU 20B card from the link button on the left.
